What influences how you get your child to school?
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, which should take you no more than 10 minutes.

This survey looks at the factors that influence how parents get their children to school.

We are interested in the views of parents with at least one child aged 4-11.

The survey should be filled in by the adult who makes the decision on how your child (or children) gets to school.

This survey is not a test – we are simply interested in your views and opinions.

All of the information you provide will be treated anonymously.
