Making Choices About Pharmacogenetic Testing in Primary Care

Thank you for your interest in this study which aims to understand healthcare professionals' opinions on using genetics to guide prescribing in primary care (a concept known as pharmacogenetics).

You can take part in this survey even if you have no prior knowledge of pharmacogenetics.

The survey has three parts and will take around 10-15 minutes to finish:
1. Background information on pharmacogenetics (5 minutes)
2. Completing the questionnaire (6 minutes)
3. Questions about you and your views on decision making in healthcare. (2 minutes)
